Honduras week 1

We have been in Honduras for 1 week and 5 days. Seriously?!!!! Bitter-sweet feeling: on one hand, our vacation is a little over halfway done, but on the other hand daddy gets to join us in 3 days! ! Wahoo!!!

Let's start from the beginning. The night we landed in San Pedro Sula, I said to myself ok I can handle this weather. It's bad, but bearable. .. only to find out later when I joined my family that due to some rain the night was actually pretty nice. Mamma mia!

May-June happenings

One more post before updating you all on our adventures in Honduras. The main things we wanted to share is: 1. Grandpa and grandma Marsh came to visit us on Memorial weekend. It was fun having them spend time with Chiara. And very nice to be be able to go on a date with Cody without having to worry about our little one. It was a very chill weekend, with stops at the park, soup plantation, movie theater, but mainly having Chiara play with g-pa and g-ma. She learned to say grandpa and used it interchangeably for both :) As well as the word shoes. She is obsessed with shoes, hers, mom's, dad's, and whoever stops by to visit!

Honduras here we come!

Note to self: never ever give benadryl to chiara to help her better handle a flight. Totally backfired...

Mi pequeña europea :)

Debería estar durmiendo...pero estoy tan exhausta que no puedo conciliar el sueño.

Hay dos posts que necesito terminar antes de postear fotos de Honduras. Aunque les confieso que no he tomado muchas, solo una que otra cuando mi mente tiene destellos de lucidez :)

Chiara ya aprendió a dar besitos con la boca cerrada. Y no sólo eso, sino que hasta con sonido y uno en cada mejilla, es toda una europeita; seguro haciéndole honor a su nombre :)
